Return Policy

PLEASE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES BEFORE PROCEEDING.

We encourage you to check out your awesome purchases as soon as they arrive! However, should one of our products not be perfect for you, we are here to make your return/exchange process as easy as possible.

Defective Merchandise:
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of defects and will happily replace any defective item. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, promptly contact us at returns@backroadsocial.com and, if possible, provide a photo of the defect. You have 5 days upon receiving to contact us regarding defects/incorrect merchandise.

Exchanges:
We know that not every purchase will fit & exchanges are sometimes needed. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at returns@backroadsocial.com, fill out the enclosed return/exchange form and send your item to:

Returns:
Returns postmarked within 14 days of shipment (see upper right hand corner of invoice or reference your tracking information) will be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment or store credit. Returns postmarked within 15-30 days of shipment are eligible for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, all items must be returned to us in their original condition (unused, unworn & unwashed) with all original tags still attached and in the original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a timely manner.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
